Spring is the time to gussy up, strut in heels & flaunt fancy hats. True that the weather is an enabler for flouncy skirts, flirtatious tops & frivolous dresses. But a true connoisseur of fashion would always corroborate that winter is when you can be truly fashionable.Having travelled around the world, I’d have to say that I’ve seen some of the best fashion thriving in Europe, primarily UK and maybe the Scandinavian countries, where the winters are vicious and summer’s only short-lived.

My Winter Shell

Winter in Canada... freezing cold, patios are closed, my street looks like something out of the apolopyse and quite frankly if I'm not bundled up with a great book or movie and a cup of coffee or anything in the "way too fattening" categories of treats, chances are I'm miserable. So please remind me why exactly I look foward to this season every single year... Why do I save my money and count the days and refuse to ever move to the tropics? WINTER FASHION!
